As the backstamp says, this plate was made to honor employees with 25 years of service to the company. The gray design with black lines, in addition to what looks like a stock pattern of pink roses, evokes the Art Deco era in which the company was founded in 1916.

This design was manufactured on Rho Dendra Pink with a thin, or banquet weight, body.
