Nathan Straus-Duparquet, Inc.
From the backstamp of a Dayton pattern plate with a Glo-Tan base comes the Nathan Straus-Duparquet backstamp. The company represents a merger of Nathan Straus and Sons with Duparquet, Hout and Company in 1936. The company was located in New York City and closed in 1965 after filing for bankruptcy.
