Carr's pattern name and number are unknown for this pattern with its Art Deco ornaments spaced around the rim of this small plate. However, it was a very popular pattern made by at least three American china manufacturers, including Syracuse, Buffalo and Fraunfelter.

When made by Buffalo, it was called Northwestern, and both the Buffalo and Fraunfelter versions were called Depot Ornaments by the Chicago & Northwestern Railway, which used it in their Chicago dining room.
