Billiken Shoes - or Billikens - was a brand of children's shoes made by McElroy-Sloan Shoe Company in St. Louis, Missouri. The company started in 1910.

The ads seemed to convey quite a mixed ethnicity of kids, including Dutch, Chinese and even Latin American.
