Formed in 1905, the Rotary Club's mission is to: "provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through our fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders."

The Grafton, W.V., club was chartered in 1920, and as of 2023 meets at noon on Tuesdays.
