Ideal is a truncated version of Esquire, but always seen in brown and without the swags.

Ideal Restaurant Supply Co. of New York was the distributor for this pattern, and it seems to have been named for the company. It is frequently seen with only the distributor's backstamp and is unusual to see with what is clearly a pattern name on the backstamp, such as the example here.
