Dutch Henry's Restaurant was opened in Pittsburgh in the 1930s and was owned by "Dutch Henry" Boosman until his death in 1940. Boosman was an experienced restauranteur and had owned Pittsburgh restaurants since 1907.

Boosman's niece, Theresa E. Barry and her husband John A. Barry bought the restaurant in 1942.

The restaurant closed in the mid- to late 1950s.

It is not known if either of these samples were ever manufactured for the restaurant.
